Please note that not all products are returnable. Returns are only accepted if the parts are not used, modified, or tampered with, and have no visible marks or damage. We are very strict about the condition of parts when returned. All returns are subject to 20% re-stocking, re-testing and evaluation fee. If you wish to return any products please send an email to bob@popuptvs.net and include your name, and date the goods were purchased.
